Commercial Contracts
We offer commercial contracts also known as a service agreement, for companies with many vehicles. This agreement includes such things as:
- Prompt and efficient service.
- Free pick up and delivery, or a courtesy car.
- If a vehicle is required urgently, notify us immediately and we will prioritise your booking to complete the repair as soon as possible.
- All vehicle services and repairs will be given an estimated cost and you will be advised of this price before any work is undertaken. If additional repairs are required and they exceed the original price, we will contact your nominated contact person for further authorisation.
- Warrant and service reminder letters will be sent out to your company.
- Good quality parts are guaranteed and for the best available price by our set suppliers.
- A competitive hourly rate will be set.
- Vehicle warrants will be charged at $35.00, which is a saving of $5.00 per vehicle. Trailer warrants will be charged at $20.00.
- A 10% discount will apply on our set price service plans A, B, C and D.
- An after hours breakdown service can be made available at an additional cost. This is to be arranged with our Manager.
To arrange to have a Commercial Contract for your company, please contact our Manager to obtain a Service Agreement which will need to be negotiated and signed by both parties before the above conditions take affect.
