We offer commercial contracts also known as a service agreement, for companies with many vehicles. This agreement includes such things as:

• Prompt and efficient service.

• Courtesy cars.

• If a vehicle is required urgently, notify us immediately and we will prioritise your booking to complete the repair as soon as possible.

• All vehicle services and repairs will be given an estimated cost and you will be advised of this price before any work is undertaken.

• If additional repairs are required and they exceed the original price, we will contact your nominated contact person for further authorisation.

• WOF and service reminder letters will be sent out to your company.

• Good quality parts are guaranteed and for the best available price by our set suppliers.

• A discounted hourly rate will be set.

• Vehicle WOF's will be charged at $30.00.

• Trailer WOF's will be charged at $20.00.

To arrange to have a Commercial Contract for your company, please contact our Manager to obtain a Service Agreement which will need to be negotiated and signed by both parties before the above conditions take affect.
