Edgeware Automotive Ltd is owned and managed by Duane Holmes who established the company in 1994 and customer service has always been a priority for the company.
For example, after each of your visits to the workshop, a follow up call will be made regarding our services and standards. We also send out warrant of fitness reminder letters and have courtesy cars available for your conveniences.
Our workshop offers packages that enable customers to pay a single fee for a number of specified services. Our customers look at the list and can decide exactly what they want. If you are unsure, then we can advise you on what needs to be done.
Our qualified technicians have many years of combined experience in the automotive industry. They also service a large part with Toyota, Mitsubishi, Holden 
and Ford dealerships.
We are a member of the Motor Trade Association ("MTA"). MTA members are work in a professionally equipped and managed environment, whose priority is to ensure you are happy with your vehicle and keep you safe on the road.
The MTA has over 4,000 member companies around New Zealand who are all motoring specialists who believe in safety, quality and customer satisfaction. MTA members are kept up to date with the latest technology and are notified of any adjustments made to the law that affect the motor industry.
We are regularly assessed to make sure we meet MTA standards and comply with the law. We are trained not just to meet minimum standards, but to exceed them. We are bound by a strict code of ethics and are obliged to deal with customers courteously , fairly and honestly.
